Lot 5pounds, but can't budge off 195

I work out pretty well, last two weeks been every day with 1.5 hours of weight training on off days and 1.5 hours on the elliptical on the other days, 5 or 6 days week.

So, I'm 5" 10.5" and weigh 195 so I still have a BF % in the 335 range with about 30 or 40 pounds of body fat and Im having a hard time budgung off 195 - it's been onths - check you my histry and you will see that Im running soemtime a 1000 or more defifict - but no budge - so I am officially moving to LOW CARB lo calorie starting today - as i push down to 1500 calories daily now,it has been getting lower and lower anyway...
I'll see if that works -- Thoughts?

It looks like you are making diet changes (sorry I peaked). Upping your protein and lowering your carb intake should do the trick. Make sure you are drinking ALOT of water. It seems that 1500cal is awfully low for someone of you size even with working out. If lowering carb doesn't work then try cycling your calories.

I get lots of healthy protein from Body fortress; usually 3-5 scoops a day; so that helps keep the protein high and the carbs low - I have also been keeping fat below 20%; but I am now going to swtich to very low carb; under 40 grams, so the fat will go up to probably go to 30 or 40% as I switch to real meat.I wouldn't mind more calories; I've just been sliding it down from 200o daily to 1500 every couple of weeks in an attempt to get the fat to start to burn; but it's not working. I do drink three scoops of B Fortress before I work in the morning so I do have a decent shot of 20 or 30 G carb and 60 Grams protein, and I don't seem to be losing the stregnth to maintain my normal intensity workouts - it may have slipped a little, but not much.

On Dukan I was having alot less carb than that and still did P90x and Insanity durng the first two phases. As soon as i have around 50g I can't lose. All of my protein came from real food though...maybe half a scoop of a low carb whey to sweeten greek yogurt. Now that the weight is off i'm in phase 3 of my diet and am still maintaining my workout schedule...still have one day a week of pure proteins.

Are you drinking enough water? How is your salt consumption? When I crave sweets I drink a glass of water and if still craving I eat a pickle. Usually does the trick. If not I eat a few pieces of fruit.
