Interesting study that looks into the effects of exercise and the hormone that makes us feel full.
Just another reason we should exercise.

It is very delicious, very good for you. If you try it, let me know how you liked it. Sometimes I add a little onion powder and chicken base for flavor to the Cauliflower Rice.
