My goal weight is not 85. I am 90ibs and that is my goal weight. I would also like to address that i was a competitive Team level 6 junior Olympian gymnast last year and I was anorexic. I did an EXTREMLY INTENSE 4 hour work out after school from 4-8pm and my coaches kept telling me I was fat so I went from 95 to 80pounds in less than 4 days. I would not eat breakfast or lunch, I wouldn't drink because I was afraid it would make me fat again, I would force myself to eat diner but afterwards I would go on a 1 hour run without jogging or stopping. Then I got help when I passed out in the middle of the hallway. I am happy and healthy now, I feel better, I'm not sick all the time, and my grades have gone way up. I am happy I quit physically doing gymnastics it only because of that but because I seriously bruised my tibia bone. But I was an anorexic and I will never go back to such unhappiness and low self esteeme. I do worry about my weight still, but I worry about getting too thin. Thank you for listening to my post.

I am shocked that your coaches would pressure you into such unhealthy habits. Glad you are feeling better.

Keep up the positive attitude and healthier lifestyle. Congratulations that you managed to get out of that unfortunate situation Smile

I am glad, too. It is often the coaches that push healthy girls into eating disorders.
