Finished my last class because i feel i am not getting motivation. Changing aerobics for aqua - no pain after exeercise. Also doing treadmill. With food diary hopefully we will see where we go. Smile

Hey molecules, I find the Canada Dry version the best. At first I thought they were aweful until fat secret reminded me a soda has 140ish calories each.
