Just found this site and it seems brilliant! I need to lose weight but as I am memopausal it seems to be very hard work at the moment. I have seriously upped my exercise to two gym visits and one 3 mile walk a week (from previously doing nothing!!!) so I am hoping this will kickstart the weightloss.
I would love to have a buddy, so if there is anyone out there just starting and middle aged (but not in the mind!!!) like me then please get in touch
