I agree. I either add my extra meals in with breakfast and/or lunch or put them in snacks. Then my counts seem crazy for the day, but I guess it all works out.

Sign up for and complete a 5K- DONE!! 35 mins.
Plan at least 3 outings with the family that involve being active- 2 done
