I would really love it if the wonderful makers of this awesome site would add the option of having more meals - not just one spot for the snacks - as many life plans rely on more frequent eating - "grazing" Smile It would help me to better plan my meals - even two snack options? I love this site - so great and free - when does that ever happen? Beauty.

I agree. I either add my extra meals in with breakfast and/or lunch or put them in snacks. Then my counts seem crazy for the day, but I guess it all works out.
Goals for 2014:
Complete Couch to 5K- DONE!!!
Sign up for and complete a 5K- DONE!! 35 mins.
Plan at least 3 outings with the family that involve being active- 2 done

What is a good inexpensive pedometer?
I use the Omron HJ-321 (about $17), and I like it a lot. It isn't exactly cheap, but it's still considerably less than most of the activity trackers. It is the most accurate pedometer I've ...
