Whoever is in charge of this site and maintains it should be blessed over and over. It is an unbelievable kindness and designed with such wisdom and understanding. I can't benefit from this site with expressing my appreciation, this is just a small bit of it...I hope that by us helping each other reach our goals the creators of this site should reap much pleasure! No, if your calories are within your goal the carb percentage does not matter. Do you weigh your food and count every bite even on the weekends?

I know that you can export your data from the app. But i'm not sure how it's done from the web... If you're using the app you can go to diet calendar and at the bottom you will find the export ...
