i fell off the wagon and it hurts to get back on...

Exercising 5 days a week? I'd rather go play with my kids. i haven't gotten back to counting calories either. the good news is i haven't fallen into eating junk food i eat the same food as before just not tracking so my weight hasnt started to go up just is not going down anymore (lol) ive been like this for a month now.
just really lacking motivation to get out and get going to be diligent and monitor myself. i went hiking for 3 miles the other day finally and when i woke up the next day my body felt like a giant bruse, now i don't want to do anything! lol... there is my confession.

Remember playing with the kids is a good form of exercise (assuming you mean actual play and not video games)

That first day restarting is always the worst... if you cant get in the exercise just start with the food, one thing at a time... i cant say i can keep to five days a week myself, that takes some determination.
