we went on vacation (camping for a week) and i fell off the diet/exercise wagon. i fully intended to get back to counting calories and exercising when i got back from camping but when i got home weighing myself every morning wasn't something i really felt like getting back too.
Exercising 5 days a week? I'd rather go play with my kids. i haven't gotten back to counting calories either. the good news is i haven't fallen into eating junk food i eat the same food as before just not tracking so my weight hasnt started to go up just is not going down anymore (lol) ive been like this for a month now.
just really lacking motivation to get out and get going to be diligent and monitor myself. i went hiking for 3 miles the other day finally and when i woke up the next day my body felt like a giant bruse, now i don't want to do anything! lol... there is my confession.
