I want to shout from the rooftops how AMAZING I am feeling today and have been feeling for the past week or so...

I am on day 22 of the Advocare 24 Day Weight-Loss Challenge. I have not weighed in or measured since day 11 (as required) but at that point I was down 5 lbs. and 6 inches over all - AND I DID IT ALL IN 10 DAYS!

The most amazing part about this is the results and the maintaining. I know a handful of people who committed themselves to this product line and have lost weight/inches, AND KEPT IT OFF!!!! I just can't stress enough how great this is.

Last week, because I feel so strongly about these products, I became a distributer so I can pass along this wonderful feeling to the world. I am here if anyone needs help, has questions or wants to try out any of the products.

Go J! I am a distributor too. I could tell that this was a plan I would want to do long term, so I wanted the discount. Then is anyone asks I can share it with them too. I agree, great product. I haven't felt this good in years. The health benefits are as great as the wieght loss portion.

I just wanted to say something!
try one tablespoon of olive oil and 1/3 cup of either almonds/walnuts/pistachios every morning. That worked for me.
