High sterol count foods are effective in lowering your cholesterol. Did you know CORN has the highest count?

Dear god, probably half of the American diet is corn or corn derivatives. We should have the lowest cholesterol rates in the world...

It is true, corn is one of the most effective foods to lower cholesterol (because as mentioned here, it's high in sterol). Other products that also reduce cholesterol are (see here http://about-avp.com/useful-properties/aloe-vera-is-the-best-diet-to-lower-cholesterol/) peanuts, rice, avocado, olives, walnuts, aloe vera, dark chocolate, almonds, garlic, green tea.
