Hi,

I am new to this site and I've just started my weight loss challenge and I was going through and entering my information for the day and I'm sort of stuck on the exercise part Sad It comes up with Resting and Sleeping that have hours againest them. Now my question is what if you don't sleep or rest for the amount of hours its saying? How do you change it? How do you add just an hour exercise?

Need help thanks!

As you enter your exercise, you be able to replace resting and sleeping times with your exercise times. Your hours of exercise will always add up to total 24 hours, and will always include resting and sleeping. It is up to you to replace them with actual exercise. Welcome to the site, you will find a lot of help here!
