I work as an overnight stocker at Wal-Mart so do a lot of lifting and moving at work. How do I figure out how many cals I use at work? Some of the boxes are really heavy others are not. (for me that is). Hoping my Curves workouts will make those boxes lighter as I get stronger.

Oh my ..be very careful...Sure don't want to hurt your back. Can never undo real dammage! Try to go over the list of activities that they have here and try to match the activities to the cals.used..Just a thought. They have lots to choose from.

I will check them again. I do a lot of walking too at work. Especially now that I have been eating more fruits, vegetables and drinking more water. So have to go to the ladies room a lot.
