How should I count time using the Kinect? I am leaning punching kicking jumping and squatting. I counted it as light calisthenics today. What do you all think?

perhaps you could count it as kickboxing with your time? I don't have a list of the different exercises in front of me...

No of Steps
I have buy the Walking Style IV step counter which give me Action Mode,3D Sensor,Daily Steps,7 days memory etc. Which Fitness Finder will gave my 10000 steps and the kcal?:?:
