Wow what a horrible day I had today- I would say my first "official" day of not following my diet- I know what the problem is- IM NOT HOME, IN MY ENVIRONMENT- I've been staying at my mothers with the kids because I have some days off of work, and the kids are out of daycare for the summer- so its more convienent here with family & friends and the pool/outdoors. I really need to get back home and be more strict. The problem is this house is always loaded with food- all types and being that my mom manages a restaurant she is always bringing food home for the kids. WOW i feel disgusting Sad

Don't reduce fats, or at least the healthy ones. Just get rid of processed/refined carbs, they are useless to your body anyway and are extra calories you don't need.
