I've been using Sensa for a year and have lost 30 pounds - best of all I have kept it off for the past 6 months.
I need to continue with my weight loss, so I thought I would use the fatsceret app on my phone to help.
I was wondering if there is anyone else out there using both?

Just wondering if you know how Sensa works. Does it make your food taste weird so you don't eat as much or is there a chemical in it to suppress your appetite or burn fat? And, in your opinion, is it worth the money? I've heard other people say it works but the commercials are just too weird for me to believe!

I have been using it.. but not consistantly. I am still losing though. With diet and exercise. I have to get more strict on using it. It doesn't make anything taste odd. It just signals your brain that your eating and that you are full.

Hi!
I have not found it to change the tastes of my food at all. It has something to do with your sense of smell and taste, and triggers your brain to get that "full" feeling earlier.
I have been using it for a year - I stopped paying for it after 6 months, I belong to a community on line that has reward sections, one of the rewards is getting your Sensa for free each month.
I got mine from Shop NBC, and had the 6 month value pay and it cost me less than $30 a month - for me it was worth it - I spent more than that on every other program I have ever done. and never had had the success I have had with this.
The support on the community is great and I found it to be just as important a part of the process as the Sensa itself.
Sensa is all natural and made with ingredients that are all on the FDA approved list. I have had no issues with it and no side effects.
