Day 4 of insaity done! It was the "recovery" day so I was able to pretty much keep up. It was heavy on leg work which is one of my weakest points. My legs are waisted now! I had knee surgery a few years ago and stopped doing alot of sports that I had always(at least sparaticly) done because I was nervous about my knee. I blew it out IN THE BATTING CAGE!! Al I did was swing the bat and my back knee just blew up! I wear a brace when I do anything that involves working out or sports now.

I've been doing insanity too, and the recovery workout is still not easy. The leg work kills me too because I have bad knees and the muscles around that area are weak. Keep going with the Insanity and I'm sure you'll see great results! I just finished my 60 days and now I'm going to do the Insanity/P90X hybrid and see how that goes. I didn't lose a lot of weight, but my legs and stomach are definitely more toned and I feel great. Good luck!!
Goal 3: 125 whenever I get there
Goal 2(restart): 130 by May 25th (2013 vacation)
Goal 1: 135 by May 24th (2012)~~~~Accomplished!

Swollen ankles???
