I am trying to eat low carb an having a hard time getting my calories. I want to stay under 150 carbs per day. I'm suppose to have 1,900 calories but am doing good to get 1,500. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks

Just wondering if 30% goal is right approach for your body at this time.

Am I on right track
Hi guys. This is my reading for the day. Fat: 48.78 Carbs: 14.08 Sugar: 4.18, Nett Carbs 9.18 and Protien: 28.21 and Cals: 590. Does this sound right.
