hello, I just started Atkins too, well today is day 4, and so far I've lost 5 lbs. Your post i
sounds a liitle like my situation, my belly, arms chin are my fattest also! you can look at my food diary And others food diaries to see what people on Atkins are eating. chicken broth, chicken, eggs, vehhies, healthy fats really help, I eat coconut oil, to get enough fat in and its also a healthy fat.
