NEW on Atkins NEED BUDDIES! ^^

Im 19 and have always been pretty healthy but i recently went form 155 to 209 and i hate my body my main problem areas are my belly and arms and chin. id love to have some friends to help me out with the atkins diet i have no idea what i am doing. ^^ thank you

hello, I just started Atkins too, well today is day 4, and so far I've lost 5 lbs. Your post i
sounds a liitle like my situation, my belly, arms chin are my fattest also! you can look at my food diary And others food diaries to see what people on Atkins are eating. chicken broth, chicken, eggs, vehhies, healthy fats really help, I eat coconut oil, to get enough fat in and its also a healthy fat. Smile
