In my opinion anymore than 1 pound a week for a man and half a pound for a woman in weight loss is too drastic and very hard on the body.
Know what you are going to eat the day before, plan it if you can, and stick to it.
You will have success.
Even at a fast food place you can get food that would work with your diet. I bought 3 Grilled Chicken Patties from Burger King for lunch. Had them with Mustard and really enjoyed them.

kzanika is soo right! i tried the diet where you excercise constantly and ate a max of 500cals a day.. the weight dropped off beautifully... for a while haha. a few months and all that hard work later and because i stopped when i was happy it all came back. you need to do this slowly or its all for nothing. i used to be impatient but now understand slower is so much better, you will love weightloss and i hope your journey will be a success. the changes you make now have to become a lifestyle for you, so make sure there actually doable with your daily routine Smile good luck!! xxx

Yes, it is ok, but you will have to sweeten it with a low cal sweetener. Don't expect it to be like pb because it isn't, but it will do in a pinch.Might be ok in a recipe, haven't tried it ...
