It is a definite gimmick. My friend was interested in doing it, so I helped her research it. What they dont tell you in the ad is that they have you on a very restricted diet....that alone will make you lose. Plus, when they say you can lose up to 30 lbs quickly what they mean is it will take 6 months to do...thats 5 lbs a month. The price is outrageous for basically a placebo...please dont fall into a terrible trap that wont do anything that you can do for free.

Also, she says that she is to continue to eat as she already does and exercise. She is using the weight watchers plan and hasn't been able to lose more than 20 pounds, so she wanted to try something new. I think it costs around $89.00 every two months which is basically the same amount we're paying to weight watchers for two months.

It's up to you of course, should you decide to use it.

This is a good starting point, but you really need an exercise plan to maximize the results. Even if it is just walking. Get moving!
