lol i had to read it twice but I got it...sometimes in life ya just gotta break the rules because there aint nothing like the real thing baby. Forget the step child but the cousins arent so bad if you just have a little. Its better than eating everything insight because you are craving that.

Ha! I feel your pain! There IS something positive about getting closer to the Change; Aunt Flow only visits two or three times a year. Unfortunately, she usually drops in unannounced; just drops in at the most inopportune times. Like on my trip to Vegas, Valentine's Day, etc.

I know what you mean! I shoot for >30% protein, <50% carbs, and around 15-20% fat .. but it takes some planning and (at least in my case) also takes limiting starches and refined carbohydrates ...
