I take quite a few but not regularly just as i need then for the most part. Mainly to help with my diabetic but if your looking at researching some you could look at cinnamon (it has been useful for blood sugar control and bloating), apple cider vinegar (I just started this), etc.
Are you looking into taking a supplement? I take a multivit with probiotic a few times a week too.

What problem are you trying to solve by taking a supplement? What other people take should pretty much be irrelevant to what you might do.

I personally take a vitamin D supplement, but that's because I have measured low levels of it and my doctor advised it. Without it, my vitamin D level hovers around 20 ng/ml, and with it I'm in the low 40s. The recommended range is 30-100 ng/ml.

Most people are Vitamin D deficient. I take Vitamin D, C , potassium, a prenatal vitamin, krill oil, soy protein powder, evening primrose oil, and a joint mix with glucosamine and chondroitin. I'm vit D and potassium deficient.

A nutritionist should be able to tell you the nutrients that your body is deficient (usually by hair sample) and would make recommendations on supplements to take.
Goal 1: 5% lost - 230 lbs, June 25
Goal 2: 10% lost - 218 lbs, July 30
Goal 3: Ultimate goal, 200 lbs (18% lost), September 3

Weight flucuation
It defies the laws of physics if you didn't put on additional clothing, food or water. Perhaps it's just that home scales aren't perfect... Or are you having water?

Calories and sodium
If you still want to have sodium, just raise your potassium intake. As you lose weight, your blood pressure will also reduce.
