dont know what to do1

I have been working out for quite sometime,aerobics,fast dancing,jogging,machines n floor exercises. I was told my body is in tune with mr exercise programe but my lower abdomen is still not tight. help pls.

To tighten your lower abs try some reverse crunches. Lie on your back and bring your knees in toward your chest, tilt your pelvis upwards, and hold that contraction for 6 sec. Release slowly and tap your feet on the ground, then repeat. Be sure to breathe out while you are holding your contraction and dont hold your breath. Start w/ 1 set of 10 and work your way up to 3 sets of 10 as your lower abs get stronger. Good luck!
