We went to a friends cabin yesterday and hung out....2 screwdrivers, four beers, 3 hot dogs and chips later, went WAY over my calories for the day! Darnit. Starting over today and not dwelling on yesterdays calorie count. Sometimes we need to have a good time.

Don't be too upset. Like you said, sometimes we just need to have a good time. If you get tempted again, tell yourself you already had your fun day and you'll have another one when you lose another 5 or 10 pounds. Make it a reward for working so hard.

Just remember...take it one day at a time.
