Last wednesday was my first time attempting 7 miles running,I've done it in 1h35mins.today I went again for 7 miles,I didn't run 7 miles I run 8 miles,in 1h46 mins.I can't believe I did that.on 7 miles it was 1h32mins,and I said let me carry on to see if I can do 8 miles and I did it.I'm very very very happy.good luck to everybody.keep it up.fitness is the best.

I've read in several different places that 1lb of fat equals 3,500 calories. If you want to add one pound in a week then add 500 calories above your exercise amount per day.
