I feel so so good with my working out and eating right. I starting to feel like a new person and I can't wait for my results. I am going for a walk after dinner with the kids.

Good for you! It's amazing how working out and eating right improves every aspect of our lives. You sleep better, you have more energy, you are in a better mood, you are a better spouse / mom / employee.....it makes a HUGE difference.
Way to go and keep it up!! Smile
