Hi Smile I'm in the middle of the attack phase (cheated and had some PV days in the middle of it, so I'm back to PP today).

My question is: how do I make sure to get enough calories on the PP days? I know I should be getting near 1000 calories so as to prevent my body from going into 'starvation mode' and storing calories, but I get so full from eating all this protein that I'm averaging around 600 calories per day!

Does anyone else have this problem? I try to eat when I am hungry, and not eat when I'm not hungry, but then I end up with very few calories for the day. The protein is just so filling!

Thank you so much for your post. It's very encouraging and congratulations on your weight loss. I need to plan my meals, I don't want to eat eggs for breakfast everyday.
