Adding food from previous weeks

Would like to be able to add a food I have eaten from a previous day/week but I do not know how to search through and select it. I can only find a small amount that they let me choose from. This comes in handy when I had to search information for fat content or such.

I have been trying to figure that out too. The only way I feel you can do it if you know what day and search on the diet calendar for that day. I have thought of printing out the week's food journals and saving them. Am interested too!
