pretty much you eat what you want, within the guidelines of the diet. There books out there that are great, good recipes too. My son eats this way, and he's doing great. He says he just feels better. Same question. Where is calories remaining? There is nothing under snacks. The Android app has calories remaining is huge numbers, and also a summary with the same info, but I don't see it anywhere ...

Over complicating things but I can't rest till I know......
My advice. Always over estimate. Don't worry about reducing the calorie count of food you don't eat - just keep it in the count. There's nothing to be gained by saying you ate less food.
