Nearly at my goal weight & am still slowly but surely getting there.

Once achieved...The challenge doesn't finish there though.

It's still a daily struggle to keep the weight off.

You would hope that it would become a natural part of life after a while and not a constant struggle. Congrats on having made it. Oh its that cute little dog again.

Congrats from me too! It's DEFINITELY not over, just because we reach goal. It's just another type of game we're doing - and not an easier one.

I went from morbidly obese to being the owner of TABDIG - a weight loss coaching service that helps people worldwide losing weight. It's been an amazing journey. From October 4th 2010 to April 3rd 2012 I lost half my body weight - 80 kilos/170 lbs. Since then, I have had two cosmetic surgeries to remove excess skin. I have now quadrupled my strength, gained several kilos in muscle mass, and today I focus on building muscle, optimizing my diet, living healthy and helping people to reach the very same goals. I am stronger, healthier, thinner, happier! If you feel that you need help losing weight, don't hesitate to send me an inbox message.

Doh.... I have struggled over the xmas/new year couldn't resist indulging now It's back to eating well.
My Doctor couldn't believe I have lost weight...I told him out was sheer damn determination.
Meds have changed slightly but I'm sure it won't stop my progress.
If only there was a way to wave a magic wand & stop the tiredness I would be a happy girl.
