Agreed! I have gone 8 weeks w/ less than one per week...can SO easily tell a difference. I can tell that I quit drinking enough water as soon as I am in the habit of reaching for even "calorie free" beverages...This is just a reminder to myself to stick to the unsweetened option (& water!) as often as possible. I like to think out loud.

Sorry, I drink many more servings a day than that... have lost 105 pounds and maintained that loss for over 1 year. I still drink my water as well most days. Glad you found something that works for you but it doesn't make it a factual statement.

Drinking lots of water daily
To help make sure I drink plenty of water everyday, I fill 5 bottles with water (1 litre each) and keep in the fridge before going to bed. The next day I need to drink all five bottles throughout the day ...

Giving up the scale?
When I stop weighing, I gain weight. I seem to do best weighing once or twice per week. Every day can be too frustrating. Not weighing at all leads to sure weight gain.

Valerian is a natural herb. You can obtain the supplement in many stores including Walmart. Take one for anxiety, 2 or 3 to quiet your brain and let you sleep. There is also Valerian tea available.

LADIES - Buying Bras while Losing Weight
Yes!! and I hate how expensive they are and no one sees them!! That's the first thing I had to buy when I started losing inches. But a good fit makes me happy!
