I was away from my usual schedule from 5/10/12 through 5/14/12.

During this time I did not have access to FATSECRET as I usually do - I kept track of my intake and exercise as much as possible but it is probably off a little for those 3 - 4 days.

You don't have to eat these foods to diet or lose weight. There are plenty of other healthy foods.
