I have done the Initial Test for push ups (15) and ups (21) and will be doing the whole course of each. Anyone want to tag along? Visit http://hundredpushups.com/

I have also spent 2 consecutive days meticulously completing my diet and excercise on on these sites tools. I have been honest and accurate, though it was difficult to get the figs in before I forgot...

Anyone using the Fitbit Flex or similar devices?
I have a bodymedia fit and love it. It really helps keep you motivated and focused. It does allow you to sync with a heart rate monitor, but I find it has been a good tool regardless.
