Can anyone tell me what the green arrows represent on my weight calendar? Don't know if it's good or bad

it is good it tells you how many cals u burned compaired to what you took it.

Thats correct, a green arrow down is a calorie deficit for the day. A red arrow up is a surplus...

Check out the Frequently Asked Questions (faq) at the bottom of the page - it will give you a lot of information about things like this on the site..
