muscle weighs more than fat and is denser so you're clothes will feel loser, but you may not see much on the scale. Also there may be a hidden food that is adding calories you aren't realizing (salad dressing is a HUGE one) and if you have a food allergy or taking certain medications that will also keep the lbs from falling off by bloating you.
