If you're trying to reduce your sodium intake then you could either use lower-sodium bacon, or you could cut the bacon in half. You could also cut back on the worcestershire sauce, since it's fairly salty.

Where is everyone from?
Shropshire, England, UK. Very rural. We have access to a small convenience store, but most food is delivered from the Tesco supermarket chain. Meat and other seasonals come from the village butcher.
