after seeing the recipe for fried cabbage with bacon I that eating the bacon was a no no . There is so much fat and salt in it that we hardly ever eat bacon any more. So my question is...if you are a diabetic and have high blood pressure is this good to eat????

If you're trying to reduce your sodium intake then you could either use lower-sodium bacon, or you could cut the bacon in half. You could also cut back on the worcestershire sauce, since it's fairly salty.
