My Friday, after the loss of my freebie pedometer, I got on my loaner freebie pedometer and got to steppin, but after a long work week and less motivation after I got home, I looked at my pedometer and only 5,500 steps logged, crap, with less than 4 hours left in the day and an already planned date night out, I wasn't going to make it and i didn't.

Steps walked: 6,447

Steps for health 6,000 a day
Steps for weight loss 10,000 a day
I guess I have alot of steps to make up this weekend.......

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I think becoming obsessed with weighing in on a daily basis is super unhealthy. Your body weight naturally fluctuates and you will easily get discouraged. I weigh myself once a week.

Sodium/Salt intake HOW MUCH
The minimum required is 500mg sodium a day. The ideal is 1500mg a day. Maximum is 2400mg a day.
