Logging your food and exercise is a super tool to do this right. I have tried so many diets through my life, and this is the first time I've succeeded. If I can muster up the strength to do this, so can anyone else.

I went from morbidly obese to being the owner of TABDIG - a weight loss coaching service that helps people worldwide losing weight. It's been an amazing journey. I joined the beginning of this year, and after going at it for a while with no noticeable results, lost all my motivation, and fell off the health wagon hard. But I am back here, and I have realised that I really need some additional buddy support if I want to make this work.

This site really helps. Ive been working out for about a month trying to lose but only dropping about a 1lb or less a week. Joined this site about 2 weeks ago and I've lost 4lbs in a week. Use the community to keep you going and track ALL your food works, trust me! Good luck!

Hey Louise, Nice to here from you. I love to eat and i love French food a lot. I believe, you need to eat as much as you can. And you need to exercise regulerly to be fit. happy fitness! :)
