Hi, first day on this board but not first day
with Atkins. Been doing it off/on for several
years. Now, getting back to it again. I do
a modified Atkins due to my diabetes and insulin
therapy. Hope to figure out how this site works soon.
My mission statement: I will not run away from my dreams because of fear of what might happen. I will have faith that no matter what comes my way that with God...all things are possible...I can overcome.
I will strive for peace and joy in all my relationships. I will strive to live a healthy lifestyle. I will strive to be considerate and humble with others. I will strive to live everyday with a grateful/thankful heart. I will try to live in the moments of my life...knowing very well that all of us are only a breath away from eternity.

I started Atkins two weeks ago and just today signed up on fatsecret. This seems an easier site to log in your meals and snacks.
I have lost over 1000 pounds.

Yes, so far I'm liking it. I have used several other sites. I like that this one gives you net carbs and also that it has a free app on my iphone. Makes it convenient to log in my food anywhere.
