Years ago I did the Atkins diet and was very successful when I did it. Due to stress and losing loved ones I managed to put on 50 lbs.

well I have been seeing the dreamfields pasta and needing some input on whether they work or not.

IMHO I think they are not low carb.

I want to lose this weight and forever keep it off. So i don't want to start out making wrong choices.

any comments??? Question

It's now the only pasta we buy! I pay a little more than what I would for the store brand or even a whole wheat version, but I think it's worth it!

It may not be completely low carb - but it's best solution I found to traditional pasta.

I don't have that "heavy" feeling in my stomach after I eat it. I weigh out what I eat - or else I would fill up the bowl much more than I should. I also find that putting some veggies at the bottom of the bowl gives me the illusion of having a huge bowl to eat - but it's better for me.

We used to eat Ronzoni Smart Taste just so that we were getting more fiber - until we discovered Dreamfields! Check Dreamfields' website - they should have some coupons you can print as well.

Thank you for the information. I will print one out and buy some this weekend.. Well I need to wait until I'm out of induction before I can eat them though.

Try shiritaki noodles. They are carb free, so you can eat them on induction. You can buy them in Asian food stores, from Internet, and I recently found them in whole foods. I am personally not a big fan, but I do not like pasta much, even really good pasta. Others love them as they can still cook their favorite dishes and make them carb free.
