If you are doing points plus you would install http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/75800

and if you are doing the old points and you want whole numbers I uploaded a version of this script to my personal dropbox (copy paste to your browser):

This is a good starting point, but you really need an exercise plan to maximize the results. Even if it is just walking. Get moving!
