I have a question. I have been using this site and the app for my driod since January. I have lost a lot of weight with it...it's great.

I have been basically exercising the same on most days. I go for a 20-25 minute run.

My question is, does the web site calculate the calories burned as being less as I lose weight? It seems like when I started, I would do this and my calories at the end of the day would show that I burned over 3000. Now that I have lost roughly 36 lbs, it shows the same exercise is puts me under 3000 calories burned.

If so....great. But, just wanted clarification on how the website does this.

Thanks,

I believe it does ... resets your RDI and amount of calories burned based on weight.

Yes it does, someone who weighs less will burn less calories then someone who weighs more doing the same activity. Simply because a heavier persons body has to work harder.

Do you like cottage cheese or does it make you cringe?
It depends. I can't stand eating it with fruit or anything sweet, like most people do.

COCONUT WATER
I love coconut water & prefer Harmless Harvest raw coconut water. It's more expensive, but worth it, I think. I get it at Whole Foods or a local health food store.
