You are welcome to ask questions, all the community asks from you is that you do your best to lose weight in a healthy manor and understand that there are no quick fixes. Healthy food ideas and exercises you can do at home are abundant on this website. I think you can use your social phobia to your advantage. Many people have the opposite problem, they over eat when they are out socializing. You can cook, eat at home and start losing weight.
