No more ignoring thebelly either!! Im 47,did Atkins years ago and lost 3 .5 stone. needless to say,I'm back with 40kg+ to loose. I try to go to the gym at least 3 times/week,doing spinning, core and body pump as well as Aqua aerobics and Zumba.
I lost 7kg first week on Atkins but since then only 2kg in week 4. Now in week 5 and confused as seem to have stalled...
