Hi there! Just joined tonight... Starting fresh Monday morning with the 8 week challenge... Hopefully changing my eating habits for good! I recently lost weight.. slowly gaining it back, struggling with binge/emotional eating for about a year! :'( looking for support, tips, ideas, anything! Ive got about 15 pounds to loose that keep creeping!

welcome on board, just browse or search the forum there is hardly a major fat loss issue that has never been discussed on this board

I've been in scale denial since the holidays. Finally got on this morning realizing the damage I've done. I was on Atkins and switched back to WW at the urging of my dear friend. Now I have to work my way back again. Glad we're in this together. Have a blessed food day everyone!

True but I kept the weight off years it was only a surgery a new relationship with someone that eats poorly that made me regain 20lbs.
