I think it's time I need a workout buddy, female please.

Hey, I'm a 20 year old who lives in Las Vegas and has been trying to lose weight for about a year now. So far I've lost 10lbs but I cant seem to lose that last 10lbs, and in fact, my weight keeps wavering between 145 and 150lbs.

I had a workout buddy who was male, but it just made me feel more like crap since he lost body fat much more effectively than I did, while he does half the workouts I do, and he eats whatever he wants :/ and I have no female friends who are as motivated to lose weight as I am.

Soo..if anyone around my age who is female is interested please let me know so we can be friends and motivate each other Smile Thanks!

I don't live near you since I am in california, but I am willing to write to you to help structure your diet better. I think if you carb cycle you will be able to reach your goals quicker and safely. It will actually help with the body fat. Use this calculator: http://www.1percentedge.com/ifcalc/ Do a 25/75 -75/25 Carb Fat split. Usually you will want to hit protein at a gram per body weight lb, but that can be over the top, you should be fine with around 100 or so. This will help you schedule your work out days and non work out days.
