Salad dressing
I just use avocado and lemon in my salads, no dressing. I love those two things so it's perfect to me, hope it will work for you too.

BMI
Ur right...My BMI shows that I shud weigh around 135...Haven't been that size since 2000...I'm thinking that its only bc of my height (5'1)...I dnt want 2 lose no more than 140-145...anything ...

Proteins
I have read you should eat at least 90 gr of protein every day so you wont burn off muscle. If you combine ths with 50 gr of carbs and 20 gr of fat,you will loose. Hard to do tho
