How is your potassium intake? Smile No, seriously, if your potassium is low, you will still retain. Also any food allergy can cause water retention. I have this problem too, and am by now convinced that I do not tolerate gluten. I am doing much better on gluten free diet, no diuretics any more. Still have some fluctuations every now and then, but nothing compared to what it used to be.

Changing the RDI model to more than 1 lb a week
3500 calories = 1 pound of fat. If you take your RDI and come in 500 calories under it, you'll hit 2 pounds a week.
