I don't know anything about PCOS but I know that me and my husband just got married about the same time you did and my sex drive has plummeted since I have gained 30 pounds. For some reason I just don't want to do it as much since I gave been putting the weight on. I have told my husband that I just feel fat sometimes and he understands. I have felt better about my body since I have been working out and my drive has improved slightly. I say give yourself a little time. As the weight starts coming off you feel better about your fitness level your drive will improve.

I am 35 and was diagnosed with PCOS when I was 16. PCOS does affect your sex drive. I had a hysterectomy when I was 30 and since then my sex drive has increased somewhat. I had lost (previously) 60 pounds and my sex drive was 100% better. Then I got lazy and stopped dieting and gained some of it back. My advice is to lose the weight, it will make you feel better about yourself but there will always be a struggle with PCOS. Its not an easy condition to live with. Good luck and I know you can do it!!
