Yes, do not give up on yourself! I have, in the past, felt like you do today but there always is hope if you are willing to make an effort. Writing everything you eat and drink in your log will help you learn where you need to increase (like protein) and where you need to reduce (like fats) and watch the sodium intake. Just think of it as a day at a time and a pound at a time so it is not overhelming. Good luck! HCB
